EU EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
The purchase of all our products give our customers a 24-month warranty period starting from the date of purchasing.
Manufacturer warranty usually does not include electrical parts, gasket and any other parts subject to normal weariness.
More over the Manufacturer's warranty coverage will not be acknowledged in case of improper use or maintenance of the machine,
not following the instructions, using the machine with no water in the boiler, and for lime deposit (in case of coffee machines).
The warranty is valid without any restrictions in all EU countries. You have the right to repair your product free of charge at any outhorized
manufacturers service centre in the UK DK or any EU country within the warranty period.
If any 'authorized' service center refuses to service a product justifying this fact that the product has been bought in a different European Union country,
please be aware that this practice is illegal and should be reported immediately to us and to your local authorities.
In case of assistance under warranty please contact AboutEspresso: You will get all info regarding the procedure to manage the problem and the nearest authorized assistance center if available. If the repair can't be done locally AboutEspresso will arrange the return of the damaged product and once fixed will ship it back to the final customer free of charge.

In case of assistance under warranty it is necessary to ask AboutEspresso for a Return Authorization Policy , RA (Download form in .doc file).
The final customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to AboutEspresso
AboutEspresso will fix the product in warranty and will ship it back to the final customer free of charge.
If the repair can be done locally, we will reimburse the customer for the repair work.
Products shipped without the RA given by AboutEspresso will be not accepted.

Shipping instructions
- The five digit RA number must be on the outside of the box. AboutEspresso does not accept packages without a five digit RA number on the outside of the box;
- Please drain boiler to prevent damage from freezing. Remove water supply and place machine in steam mode. Wait until machine reaches steaming temperature then turn machine off. Open steam knob and leave open until steam ceases;
- Remove all beans, grinds, and water;
- Do not send water tank, bean hopper, drip tray, dump box, or any covers. Do not send pannarello or cappuccinatore. Do send brew group or portafilter;
- Make sure to package machine well. If packing peanuts are used, please place machine in a sealed plastic bag before putting it into the peanuts;
- We recommend insuring against shipping damage. AboutEspresso is not responsible for shipping damage;
- Turn around is 4-6 weeks (including shipping). If you need to call to find out the status, please refer to the five digit RA number;
- Your machine will be returned to you via UPS or Fedex. We recommend using UPS or Fedex Sevice. If using regular Mail, please send with return receipt requested.
- Please cut the following label indicating where the merchandise must be returned and display it outside the shipping box:
