This appliance is equipped with a powerful independent refrigeration system with compressor. Inner bowl in AISI 304 stainless steel. Continuous operating capability allows rapid production of several different flavours. It makes ice-cream for 10/12 people (1200 gr.) in 20-30 minutes.
Preparations can be obtained either in the fixed stainless steel bowl or in the removable aluminum bowl (optional). The use of the removable bowl allows preparing different flavors in a short time. Maximum level of reliability. When the lid is removed, the paddle stops automatically. Mechanic 60' timer. Suitable for continuous use, it allows preparing over 2 Kg. ice cream per hour.
The refrigeration system complies with environmental regulations protecting the ozone layer.
