The capacity is approximately 0.7 litres with an hourly production of about 2 litres. The unit will make a frozen dessert in less than 30 minutes. The housing and bowl are made of brushed and polished stainless steel with a matching stainless steel blade.
You simply just put the ingredients in the bowl, press the buttons and turn the timer knob and in about 30 minutes you have fresh made ice cream.
